The implementing Consortium grants the European Union a royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to use all communication and visibility materials and products (“results”) developed in support of EU-financed external actions, as assigned and in conditions applicable to article 3.6.2 of the Requirements for Implementing Partners (Communication and Visibility in EU-financed external actions, January 2018).
